Deacon's Lodge is an Arnold Palmer design at Breezy Point Resort in the Brainerd Lakes area of Minnesota. It opened in 1999 and is named for Palmer's father, Milfred "Deacon" Palmer. The course is routed across 500 acres of forest, wetland and lake shoreline. Palmer used the natural contours of the land rather than heavy earthmoving, so fairways bend around stands of pine and hardwood and greens sit close to the water in places. Bentgrass covers the tees, fairways and greens, and the back nine carries the harder holes on the card. From the back tees the course plays 6,964 yards at par 72, with a course rating of 73.8 and a slope of 128. Deacon's Lodge is part of Breezy Point Resort and is open to resort guests and outside play through the pro shop.

Occano sits on the Albemarle Sound in Merry Hill, North Carolina, part of a residential development along the Inner Banks. Williamsburg, VA

The Plantation Course at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg is an Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay design. It shares a clubhouse and practice area with the resort's River Course, but plays very differently. The fairways are generous and the card is short, around 6,400 yards at par 72. The real test is on the greens, which are large, tiered and heavily sloped. Many holes are lined by trees and homes, and a couple of par 3s play across deep ravines. Resort guests and the public can book tee times, and it costs less to play than the River Course.

Palm Desert, CA

Classic Club is a daily fee course in Palm Desert, California, in the Coachella Valley, designed by Arnold Palmer's design company and opened in 2006. The layout uses rolling, built-up terrain with elevated tees that give golfers views of the surrounding mountains, since the desert site had little natural contour before construction. More than 5,000 pine, olive and pepper trees along with roughly 30 acres of lakes and 14 stone bridges were added during building. The Palmer course is one of several courses at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, a property that has hosted championship golf since it opened in 1981, including the 1983 Ryder Cup. Hāmākua Country Club opened in 1926 in Honokaa, on the northeast coast of the Big Island, about 1,200 feet above the sea. Scottish engineers working at the local sugar plantation built it, and it is the second-oldest course on the island. It is listed on the Hawaii historic register. It is a nine-hole course played twice from two sets of tees, about 4,800 yards at par 66 for men. The greens are small, and the trade winds make it play longer than the card. Most golfers walk. The public is welcome, and the clubhouse at the top of the hill looks out over the Pacific.

Tournament Club of Iowa is located in Polk City, Iowa, about 15 miles northwest of Des Moines, routed through bluffs and ravines between Big Creek Dam and Saylorville Lake on a 500-acre site. The course was designed in 2003 by Erik Larsen of the Arnold Palmer Design Company, making it the only Arnold Palmer Signature course in Iowa. Water comes into play on more than half the holes via Big Creek and connected lakes and ponds, and the layout is noted for its collection of par-3s with forced carries and elevation drops. The 18-hole course opened in 1997 as the only Arnold Palmer Signature design in Oregon, and Palmer named it among his personal favorite projects. The property covers about 240 acres of rolling ground with several lakes, including Lake Charles alongside the eighteenth hole. The course was designed by Dick and Tim Nugent and opened in 1998. It is known for very wide fairways paired with heavy bunkering, roughly five and a half acres of sand, so accuracy into the greens matters more than off the tee. Palmer Lakeside is Omni Barton Creek's satellite course, set on a hilltop above Lake Travis in Spicewood, roughly 25 miles west of the main resort. Arnold Palmer designed it, and it opened in 1986 as Hidden Hills Country Club before Barton Creek took it over in 1989. The par-72 layout has big elevation changes and wide lake views, and it favors long hitters, especially on the dogleg-left par-5 12th and par-4 13th for players who can draw the ball. Lost Key Golf Club is a public 18-hole, par-71 golf course on Perdido Key near Pensacola, Florida, originally opened in 1997 and redesigned by the Arnold Palmer Design Company in 2006. The course uses Sea Dwarf Paspalum grass throughout and was the first course in Florida certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary. It measures about 6,801 yards from the back tees and features a par-3 13th hole played to a partial island green.
