Lost Key Golf Club is a public 18-hole, par-71 golf course on Perdido Key near Pensacola, Florida, originally opened in 1997 and redesigned by the Arnold Palmer Design Company in 2006.

The course uses Sea Dwarf Paspalum grass throughout and was the first course in Florida certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary. It measures about 6,801 yards from the back tees and features a par-3 13th hole played to a partial island green.
