Dennis Highlands Golf Course occupies 175 acres of pine and oak covered rolling ground on the north side of Dennis, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod. It opened in 1984, designed by Jack Kidwell and Michael Hurdzan, and is owned and operated by the Town of Dennis alongside its sister course, Dennis Pines. The par-71 layout plays from 4,884 to 6,509 yards across four sets of tees. Bunkering was renovated in later years by architect Robert McNeil of The Northeast Golf Company, along with tee and cart path improvements. The course is open to public play year round, weather permitting, and includes a grass driving range, practice green, cart rentals and a pro shop. The Bunker Bar restaurant sits alongside the course, and the two municipal courses together host roughly 90,000 rounds a year.

Mitchell and opened for play in 1966. Tree-lined corridors give the course a reputation as one of the toughest layouts on Cape Cod, placing a premium on accuracy over distance, with water coming into play on four holes; the par-5 twelfth is considered one of the more demanding holes on the Cape. Architect Robert McNeil more recently redesigned the course's bunkering across the front and back nines to improve playability while keeping the character of the holes. Dennis Pines is a municipal course open to the public, playing to a par of 72 over roughly 7,000 yards from the back tees, with a full practice facility, pro shop and restaurant on site.

In 1914, architect Donald Ross was hired to redesign and expand the course. The par-72 layout measures 6,138 yards from the back tees, with wide fairways and small, undulating greens typical of Ross's early 1900s work. The par-3 ninth, playing 169 yards across marshland to an elevated green with river views, is generally considered the signature hole. Bass River is owned by the town of Yarmouth and run as one of three municipal golf properties in town; it marked its 125th anniversary in 2025.
