Bass River Golf Course is a public course in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod, founded in 1900 as a private nine-hole club. In 1914, architect Donald Ross was hired to redesign and expand the course.
The par-72 layout measures 6,138 yards from the back tees, with wide fairways and small, undulating greens typical of Ross's early 1900s work. The par-3 ninth, playing 169 yards across marshland to an elevated green with river views, is generally considered the signature hole.
Bass River is owned by the town of Yarmouth and run as one of three municipal golf properties in town; it marked its 125th anniversary in 2025.
