The routing works up and down the hillsides, so stances and yardages rarely stay level for long. Native chaparral, granite outcrops and oak stands frame the corridors, and several holes play toward long views across the Temecula Valley. Water and natural creek features come into play on the lower holes.
The course is open to resort guests and public play. It is a cart-oriented layout given the elevation change between holes.
