Thorncreek Golf Course is a city-owned public course in Thornton, Colorado, on Washington Street north of Denver. It opened in 1992 and was designed by the firm Finger Dye Spann, with credit shared among Joe Finger, Ken Dye and Baxter Spann. The course has a links-style layout with a street separating the front and back nines, and several lakes create water hazards on multiple holes. It plays to a par of 72 across 18 holes, measuring roughly 7,268 yards from the championship tees. The course closed for a major renovation in 2016 that reworked nine of its holes and reopened in 2018. Thorncreek is owned by the City of Thornton and remains open to public play, with tee times bookable through the course pro shop.
