Courses in Brighton
Riverdale Golf Courses (Dunes)
Brighton, CO
The Dunes Course at Riverdale Golf Courses in Brighton was built in 1985 by Pete and Perry Dye along the South Platte River north of Denver. Styled after Scottish links, the layout features deep pot bunkers, railroad-tie bulkheads and rolling mounding characteristic of the Dye family's work. It hosted the 1993 U. S. Amateur Public Links Championship. The Dunes operates as a municipal daily-fee course alongside its sister layout, the Knolls.
Riverdale Golf Courses (Knolls)
Brighton, CO
The Knolls Course at Riverdale Golf Courses in Brighton is the parkland companion to the Dunes, part of the same municipal facility north of Denver along the South Platte River corridor. It offers a more traditional, tree-lined layout in contrast to the Dunes' links-style terrain and railroad-tie bunkering. Both courses share a clubhouse and operate as public daily-fee golf. The Knolls provides a gentler test suited to a broader range of players.
