The Keep is the second 18 at McLemore in Rising Fawn, Georgia, on the western brow of Lookout Mountain. Bill Bergin and Rees Jones designed it, and it opened for play in 2024 alongside the resort's original layout. The routing works along and back from the edge of the mountain, so several holes play toward long views out over McLemore Cove. Wide short-grass corridors, exposed brow-edge holes and a par 3 played from the rim give the course its character, and wind off the valley is a regular factor. The Keep is open to resort and public play, booked through McLemore.

The course plays to a par of 71 across roughly 5,400 yards from the back tees and 4,300 from the front, with narrow, sloped fairways, mounded greens and five lakes and ponds that come into play throughout the round. A notable closing stretch requires a well-placed drive and an accurate approach onto an island green in view of the on-site lounge. The bentgrass greens sit on a sand base and are generally kept in good condition. Amenities include a clubhouse with snacks and drinks, a driving range, a practice green, gas carts, and a lakeside picnic pavilion. Sweetens Cove in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, is a nine-hole course designed by Rob Collins and Tad King and opened in 2014. It replaced a flat, unremarkable municipal layout on the same piece of ground near the Tennessee River. The design moves an enormous amount of dirt into ridges, punchbowls and Biarritz-style greens, with the greens averaging far larger than normal and set up to feed shots from wide of the target. Tee locations change from day to day, so the nine can play very differently on a second loop. There is no formal clubhouse and the course is walking only. It is open to public play, with tee times limited by the size of the property.
