About this course

Sunbrook Golf Club is a municipal facility operated by the City of St. George, Utah, set on bluffs, cottonwoods and lava terrain west of the city. It opened in 1990 with two nines designed by Ted Robinson Sr., and a third nine followed later.

The course comprises 27 holes across three distinct nines: The Pointe plays through open desert and small canyons with elevated views, Woodbridge runs through mature cottonwoods along lower ground and includes a par-3 island green and a wooden bridge crossing, and Black Rock, designed by John Harbottle, threads through an old lava flow with dark basalt rock bordering several holes. The standard combination pairs the Pointe and Woodbridge nines for an 18-hole round.

Sunbrook is public, open to visitors and residents, with tee times through the city's golf division. Water comes into play on more than a third of the holes.
