Olde Barnstable Fairgrounds Golf Course is a public, town-owned course in Marstons Mills, Massachusetts, built on land that formerly hosted the Barnstable County Fair. It opened in 1992 and was designed by architect Mark Mungeam of Cornish, Silva & Mungeam. The par-71 layout measures about 6,479 yards from the longest tees, with large, undulating greens, deceptive approach shots and generous chipping areas around the putting surfaces. The course is certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, one of a small number on Cape Cod, and has hosted USGA and Massachusetts Golf Association championships, including US Open qualifying rounds. Owned by the Town of Barnstable, the course is open to the public year-round and includes a clubhouse with a restaurant, a driving range with more than twenty hitting bays, and practice greens overlooking a neighboring grass airfield.

Hyannis Golf Course

Hyannis, MA · 6.6 mi away

Hyannis Golf Course occupies a central spot on Cape Cod, close to downtown Hyannis, Barnstable Airport and the ferry terminals to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. It is one of two municipal courses operated by the town of Barnstable. The layout is a par-71, 18-hole course with hilly terrain, elevated tees and greens, and putting surfaces that are consistently fast and smooth. It hosts the Cape Cod Open and has been used for PGA section championships, and it also serves as home to Cape Cod's First Tee junior golf program. The course is open to the general public with no membership required, though annual memberships are available for frequent players. A full practice range, two practice greens and a pro shop support golfers before and after their round, and PGA instruction is offered on site.

Brookside Club

Bourne, MA · 7.5 mi away

The Brookside Club is a semi-private course in Bourne, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod just over the Bourne Bridge. It was designed by golf architect Michael Hurdzan and opened in 1986, then refined by architect John Sanford in 1996. The par-70 layout runs through a residential community, with condominiums bordering many fairways and greens, and features steep elevation changes and several partially blind approach shots that give it an unusual character for the region. The course promotes itself as offering a private club feel while remaining open to public play, with a restaurant and event space also on site. At roughly 6,300 yards from the back tees, the course rewards accurate iron play over length, particularly on its narrower, sloping holes.
