About this course
The Arthur Hills Course is one of three courses at Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island, opened in 1986. The par-72 layout plays to about 6,651 yards through continuous lines of dunes and thick stands of palmettos, with no fairway bunkers but plenty of off-balance lies, ocean breezes and lagoons to keep you honest. It has been a mainstay among South Carolina's Best You Can Play lists.

The George Fazio Course is the championship test at Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island, opened in 1974 and one of the youngest courses ever to appear on Golf Digest's list of America's 100 Best. The par-70 layout plays to about 6,873 yards with only two par 5s, an open, tree-lined front nine and a tighter, more severe back nine. It is regarded as the island's truest championship challenge.

The Robert Trent Jones Course at Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island opened in 1969 as the first course built at the resort, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and renovated by Roger Rulewich in 2002-03. The par-72 layout plays 7,005 yards from the back tees, with a course rating of 74.3 and a slope of 135. The routing moves from inland lagoons to an oceanfront stretch, including the par-5 10th hole, which runs along the Atlantic with an elevated green. Multiple lagoons connected to the resort's water system come into play on several holes.
