Pipestem Resort Golf Course sits inside Pipestem Resort State Park in southern West Virginia, on the east rim of the Bluestone River Gorge along the Summers-Mercer county line. The course is open to the public as part of the state park resort, which also includes two lodges, cabins, and a tramway into the gorge.
