Eagle River Golf Course is a municipally owned, 18-hole course in the Northwoods town of Eagle River, Wisconsin, surrounded by forest and lakes typical of the region.
The course opened with nine holes in 1923, predating the city's incorporation, and an additional nine holes were added in 1988 when architect Don Herfort redesigned and expanded the layout. It features narrow, tree-lined fairways, strategically bunkered greens, and water hazards throughout.
Eagle River is open to the public with tee times available through the pro shop. Practice facilities include a grass driving range, putting green, chipping area, and practice bunker. The course operates seasonally from spring through fall.
