About this course

Chippewa Golf Club is an 18-hole public course in Doylestown, Ohio, about 15 minutes south of Akron in Wayne County. The course was built by architects James Harrison and Ferdinand Garbin and opened for play around 1970.

The layout rolls over varied terrain and is known for large, undulating greens, with holes 14 through 16, nicknamed the Bermuda Triangle, considered the most demanding stretch on the course. Bent grass covers the greens and fairways.

The club is open to the public and includes a driving range, a golf shop, and an outdoor pavilion for outings. Green fees and tee times are booked directly through the pro shop, and the course measures a bit over 6,300 yards from the back tees.
