Baywood Greens

The "Augusta of the North": 30,000 flowering plants and immaculate conditions

Long Neck, DE

32267 Clubhouse Way, Long Neck, DE 19966

About this course

Baywood Greens sits near Long Neck, Delaware, close to the Rehoboth Beach shore area, laid out as Woods and Water nine-hole sections. The course was originally designed by Bill Love, formerly of Ault, Clark and Associates, with landscape architect Larry DeWitt and the developer shaping much of the final layout and plantings. Extensive gardens, ponds, timbered bridges and tunnels give the grounds a heavily manicured, floral character rather than a natural or rugged one.

The front and back nines play across gently rolling ground with water in play on numerous holes and several sets of tees suited to a range of abilities. It operates as a daily fee public course aimed at vacationing golfers as much as locals, with carts standard and a pro shop offering instruction and tee time bookings.
