About this course
Aspen Golf Club is an 18-hole municipal course about two miles from downtown Aspen, Colorado, operated by the City of Aspen. Designed by architect Frank Hummel, the parkland-style layout brings water into play on 14 of its 18 holes and offers views toward the Continental Divide, Pyramid Peak and Aspen Mountain.
From the back tees the course measures roughly 7,165 yards, among the longer municipal layouts in the state. Four sets of tees accommodate a range of playing levels, and the club is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.
The course operates on a public, pass-based system with resident discounts, along with a pro shop, driving range and practice greens. It closes for winter and typically runs May through October.
