Barrington, NH

Nippo Lake Golf Club is an eighteen-hole course in Barrington, New Hampshire, overlooking the Blue Hills range. Sources note different founding dates, with the club citing 1964 and other directories referencing an earlier build year, but all agree a back nine was added in August 2001 to complete the current eighteen-hole routing. The course sits on natural terrain with bluegrass fairways and bentgrass greens, and each hole is designed to take advantage of the surrounding landscape. Nippo Lake operates as a semi-private club, with a golf season running from April through November. Facilities include a driving range, a pro shop, and an on-site restaurant, and the course is open for public tee times as well as member play.
