Merrimack Valley Golf Club is a semi-private 18-hole, par-70 course in Methuen, Massachusetts, originally designed by Donald Ross in 1906 and owned by the Kattar family since 1971. The course was rebuilt in 2008 by architect George F. Sargent Jr., who preserved several Ross holes and built the rest in that style; it plays 6,016 yards from the gold tees with a 70.0 rating and 128 slope. The property covers about 150 acres of rolling ground with views toward the wooded hills of southern New Hampshire, and the card carries seven par threes. The clubhouse, added with the renovation, looks out over 14 of the 18 holes, and there is a short-game area with a practice bunker but no driving range.
