About this course
Twin Falls Resort State Park Golf Course sits within the state park of the same name in Wyoming County, West Virginia, near Mullens, on land donated by the Pocahontas Land Corporation and Western Pocahontas Corporation in 1964. A nine-hole course opened there in 1967, part of the park's initial development under the architecture firm The Architects Collaborative.
The course was expanded to a full 18 holes in 1984, and the park has continued to invest in its facilities, including a major lodge renovation completed in 2011.
The course is open to the public as part of the state park resort, alongside cabins, hiking and biking trails, and a restored pioneer homestead. It is one of several golf courses run by West Virginia's state park system.
