About this course
Ticonderoga Golf Course is an 18-hole public course in Ticonderoga, New York, in the Adirondacks overlooking the Lord Howe Valley. It was established in 1925 as a country club built by International Paper, with a nine-hole course designed by Scottish-born architect and instructor Seymour Dunn opening in 1926 and a second nine following in 1932. Trout Brook runs through the property and has historically caused flooding, prompting a multimillion-dollar reconstruction of drainage, greens and several holes completed in the years before the course's 2025 centennial. The club includes a rebuilt clubhouse with a restaurant and is open to public and member play.
