About this course
Riverbend Golf Complex is a public facility owned and operated by the City of Kent, Washington, sitting on former farmland along the Green River in the Kent Valley. The championship 18-hole course opened in 1989, and the city's Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department has run the golf operation since 2000. Besides the regulation course, the complex includes a covered driving range, a learning center, and additional short-game practice areas used for lessons and clinics for golfers of varying ages and skill levels. The layout takes advantage of its valley setting with views toward Mount Rainier, the Cascades and the Olympic Mountains on clear days. Riverbend is open to the public daily, accepts walk-up play as well as reservations, and regularly hosts leagues, tournaments and outing groups through its onsite event and banquet services.
