Regatta Bay Golf & Yacht Club

Regatta Bay Golf & Yacht Club is an 18-hole course in Destin, Florida, part of a residential community along Choctawhatchee Bay. It was designed by Robert C. Walker, a former lead designer for Arnold Palmer's design firm, with the community concept dating to the mid-1990s and the course opening for play in the late 1990s. The par-72 layout runs just under 6,900 yards from the back tees and winds through nature preserves and wetlands near the bay, with water features and strategic bunkering on many holes. Fairways are generally generous, giving golfers of varying abilities room to play, while greens and hazard placement add a fair test for stronger players. The course is open to the public alongside a golf academy, clubhouse, and a restaurant overlooking the layout.
