About this course
Pound Ridge Golf Club is a public course in Pound Ridge, New York, in Westchester County about an hour north of New York City. The site covers 172 acres and includes wetlands, large trees and exposed rock that come into play on several holes.
The course was designed by Pete Dye, working with his son Perry Dye and longtime construction manager Michael Langkau, and opened in 2008 as Dye's only project in New York State. It was built at a cost of roughly $40 million.
Pound Ridge operates as a daily-fee public course with tee times bookable directly through the club. Five sets of tees are provided to accommodate golfers of varying length off the tee.
