The 18-hole routing threads through hardwood-lined fairways with several ponds and creeks in play, most notably on the short par-5 first, where a lake waits for tee shots leaked too far left. Player set the course up to reward positioning over raw distance, with reachable par 5s, a drivable short par 4 on the second, and a compact par 3 fifth that guards one of the trickiest greens on the property.

The front and back nines move across gentle elevation changes, and bunkering frames the landing areas rather than dominating them. Tiered greens appear throughout, including a three-tiered surface on the third and a two-tiered green on the fourth, so the wrong level leaves a long, breaking putt.
