About this course
Maple Moor Golf Course is a public county-owned course in White Plains, New York, on land that was originally the Griffen family farm before Westchester County acquired it in 1925. The property already had a 9-hole course when the county took it over.
The 18-hole layout was designed by architects Tom Winton and Archie Capper and fully opened to the public by the end of 1927. It is considered one of the narrower and tighter courses in the Westchester county system, with gently rolling terrain and short walks between greens and tees.
The course plays to a par of 71 over 6,374 yards from the back tees and includes a restaurant and putting green, though no driving range.

Water hazards come into play on a number of holes, adding to the course's difficulty despite its modest length.
