Magnolia Green Golf Club is the centerpiece of a large planned community in Moseley, Virginia, just outside Richmond. The course began as the nine-hole Westham Golf Club, which opened in 2010, before Nicklaus Design and architect Tom Clark added a second nine and reworked the existing holes for a 2015 reopening.
The par-72 layout stretches to roughly 7,150 yards with wide Bermuda-grass fairways, bentgrass greens and restored streams lined with native plantings; the par-3 third is a reverse Redan and the 18th, a mid-length par 4 with a downhill approach, is the course's signature closing hole.
