About this course

Edgewater Country Club is located on the shores of Lake Alice in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, in the state's Northwoods region. A course has occupied the area since the late 1920s, and the current nine-hole layout has operated under family ownership for about 25 years.

The course plays over rolling, wooded ground typical of the Northwoods, with the par-5 seventh hole running along the lakefront as its best-known feature and a par-3 ninth requiring a shot over water. Terrain mixes trees, water hazards and gentle elevation change across the nine holes.

Edgewater is open to the public daily during the season and offers tee times by phone, a driving range and a daily food menu. It is easy to find just off County Road A near Highway 51, about a mile east of the highway on Echo Valley Road.
