About this course
Earlywine Golf Club's South Course is one of two 18-hole layouts at a city-owned facility in south Oklahoma City, off South Portland Avenue. The South Course opened in 1976 as part of the Earlywine Regional Park development undertaken by the city parks department.
It was designed by Floyd Farley and later saw a four-hole redesign by Mark Hayes. The layout is accented by several ponds and lakes, with water coming into play on a number of holes, a contrast to the more hilly, tree-lined North Course on the same property.
The course is open to the public through the City of Oklahoma City's golf program. A new clubhouse with a restaurant, pro shop, and covered driving range bays opened on site in 2024.
