Architect Rees Jones later reworked the course in 1988, adding bunkering and reshaping several holes while keeping much of Cobb's original routing. The public course features Bermuda fairways and bentgrass greens, with tree-lined corridors and lake frontage along several holes. It plays to a par of 72 from multiple tee options and is paired at the same facility with the separate Champions Course, also a Rees Jones design. Bryan Park is city-owned and includes a full practice range and teaching academy alongside its two 18-hole courses.
