Apache Wells Country Club is a golf course built into an age-restricted residential community in Mesa, Arizona, that began development in 1962. The community and course grew as part of a wave of retiree-focused developments in the Phoenix area during that decade.
Homeowners eventually took ownership of the golf and clubhouse property; a group of residents purchased the course and clubhouse in 1980, and the homeowners association later acquired additional adjoining land. A newer clubhouse was built in 2009.
