The Dunes Course at The Prairie Club opened in 2010 near Valentine, Nebraska, in the Sandhills, and was designed by Tom Lehman with Chris Brands. The property is remote by any measure, several hours from a major airport, and the golf is built directly into the natural dune formations. The Dunes is the more open and rolling of the club's two 18-hole courses, with wide fairways, blowout bunkers and greens that use the existing contour rather than imported shaping. There are no trees and no shelter, so the wind sets the difficulty on any given day, and the same hole can play two clubs differently between morning and afternoon. The club also has the Pines Course, routed along the Snake River canyon, and the Horse Course, a 10-hole short course with multiple hole locations. Stay-and-play access is available to the public along with member play.

The Pines Course at The Prairie Club in Valentine, Nebraska, was designed by Graham Marsh and opened in 2010. It is one of three courses on the property, alongside the Dunes and Horse courses. The par-73 layout plays up to about 7,403 yards from the back tees and follows the rim of the Snake River canyon, with several holes lined by tall pines and cedars that set them apart from the open sandhills elsewhere on the property. The routing alternates between wooded corridors and exposed prairie ground, with noticeable elevation change throughout the round. Lodging is available on site.

Dade City, FL

Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club in Dade City features two 18-hole courses, North and South, built on unusually hilly terrain for central Florida, about 30 minutes north of Tampa. The layouts are part of a private, master-planned residential community anchored by a large clubhouse overlooking finishing holes on both courses. The elevation changes and rolling fairways distinguish the property from the flatter courses typical of the region. Golf here has drawn attention for its terrain rather than coastal or resort styling common elsewhere in Florida.

Buckeye, AZ

The Victory Course at Verrado Golf Club is a second John Fought and Tom Lehman design. It was built partly on the site of an old Caterpillar Tractor testing grounds. The course plays 7,295 yards to a par of 72. Its 18th hole is a dramatic par-5, dogleg right over an irrigation pond to a wide diagonal fairway. The hole finishes at a green tucked into a box canyon, protected by boulder outcroppings.

The Horse Course at The Prairie Club is a 10-hole short course in Valentine, Nebraska, designed by Gil Hanse and Geoff Shackelford. Set next to the resort lodge, it has no fixed tee boxes; holes change length depending on where each round begins, in the style of the game H.O.R.S.E. The turf is a mix of fescue and colonial bentgrass. The Horse Course is offered as a complimentary addition to a visit to The Prairie Club.

Brainerd, MN

Cragun's Legacy Courses are a pair of golf layouts at Cragun's Resort on the shores of Gull Lake in Brainerd, Minnesota, a lakes-region resort founded by Dutch Cragun after he took over his family's fishing lodge in 1955. The Legacy Courses include the Lehman 18, designed by Minnesota native and major champion Tom Lehman, developed as the resort expanded its golf offerings over subsequent decades. The resort has hosted PGA Tour Canada events on the Lehman-designed layout. Set amid the wooded, lake-dotted terrain typical of the Brainerd lakes region, the courses operate as part of Cragun's broader resort and lodging property.

Mission Viejo, CA

Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club is a public, daily-fee course in Mission Viejo, California, set along Trabuco Creek within The Reserve at Rancho Mission Viejo. The 18-hole, par-72 layout was designed by PGA Tour player Tom Lehman with local architect Casey O'Callaghan and spans roughly 240 acres of park-like terrain. Five sets of tees stretch the course from about 5,045 to 7,011 yards, with the creek acting as a lateral hazard on seven holes and lakes coming into play on three others. The club includes O'Neill's Bar & Grill, wedding and event facilities, and online tee time booking for the public.
