The Links at Union Vale is a semi-private, 18-hole course in Dutchess County, about 70 miles north of New York City near the Taconic Parkway. Architect Stephen Kay built the course on roughly 200 acres of former cattle and farmland and opened it in 2000. The par-72 layout measures 6,646 yards from the back tees and sits on open, largely treeless ground with views of the Hudson Hills and Catskill Mountains. Fescue, pot bunkers and water run through the routing. The club also runs a junior golf academy and hosts weddings on site.

Lopatcong, NJ

The Architects Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-71 public course in Lopatcong, New Jersey, designed by Stephen Kay with Golf Digest architecture editor Ron Whitten and opened in 2001. Each hole was built to reflect the style of a different golf course architect, from Old Tom Morris to Robert Trent Jones, with holes referencing designers such as Donald Ross, Alister MacKenzie, and A.W. Tillinghast. The layout plays across rolling terrain with nearly 100 bunkers. From the back tees it measures 6,863 yards with a course rating of 72.9 and a slope of 134.

Cologne, NJ

Blue Heron Pines Golf Club sits in the pinelands of Cologne, New Jersey, near the Jersey Shore. Designed by Stephen Kay, the daily-fee, 18-hole layout opened in 1993 and plays to a par of 72 at roughly 6,810 yards from the back tees. Tree-lined fairways framed by native pines characterize the terrain, and the club has become part of a larger South Jersey golf portfolio under owner Ron Jaworski. It remains one of the region's established shore-area layouts.

Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Harbor Pines Golf Club opened in 1996 in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, designed by Stephen Kay and Doug Smith. The 18-hole daily-fee course plays to a par of 72 at roughly 6,827 yards, with a course rating of 72.9. It anchors a residential golf community near St. Andrews and Ocean Heights Avenue, a short drive from Atlantic City. The club has undergone facility upgrades under its longtime ownership group, the Gurwicz family's Max Gurwicz Enterprises.

Queensbury, NY

Hiland Park Country Club is an 18-hole public course in Queensbury, New York, at the base of the Adirondack Mountains near Lake George and Saratoga Springs. It opened in 1989, built by developer Gary Bowen with golf course architect Stephen Kay on the site of a former dairy farm. The par-72 course spans over 250 acres of pine forest with mountain views, and its three sets of tees range from about 5,000 to 6,767 yards. The club has hosted the New York State Open and offers a driving range, practice greens, and a chipping area. Hiland Park operates as a public course and also functions as a wedding and banquet venue through its clubhouse.
