Plum Creek Golf Course is a public 18-hole championship course with a par of 71 located in Kyle, Texas. The course was designed by architect Roy Bechtol and opened in 1999 on more than 200 acres of land. Plum Creek is built into a setting filled with Texas live oaks, limestone, and rolling hills. A unique design feature of the layout is that no two fairways touch, creating a sense of solitude for players. The course offers five sets of tees and features 12 bunkers on the front nine. Water hazards come into play on four holes where creeks cross the fairways, and the back tees provide a challenging length exceeding 7,100 yards.
