Fairbury, NE

Fairbury Country Club is a 9-hole semi-private golf course with a par of 35 located in Fairbury, Nebraska. The course was built in 1919 on the slopes of the Little Blue River Valley and offers two sets of tees for those playing an 18-hole round. The facility is a member of the Nebraska Golf Association and includes a practice range and putting green. The layout at Fairbury is very hilly and provides many uneven lies throughout the round. Accurate shot placement is required to navigate the narrow, tree-lined fairways and avoid hazards. Several holes feature blind tee shots where the flag is obscured by steep rises or bending fairways. The greens are often two-tiered and are defended by oak tree chutes and water hazards that add to the difficulty of the course.
