StoneRidge Golf Club

Stillwater, MN

StoneRidge Golf Club is a public course in Stillwater, Minnesota, built on a former sand and gravel quarry roughly 20 miles east of the Twin Cities. Bobby Weed Golf Design laid out the course, which opened in 2000 as an inland-links style track with rolling bentgrass fairways framed by native fescue. Water comes into play on all but two holes, often alongside large sand bunkers left over from the property's mining history, creating sharp visual contrasts across the layout. A large white barn from the original farmland sits along the par-5 11th hole, known as the Barn Hole, and undulating greens add further challenge for approach shots. StoneRidge operates as a public course, sometimes described as semi-private. It offers multiple tee options from roughly 4,978 to 7,013 yards to suit a range of players.
