The par-72 layout plays 7,258 yards from the back tees, with a course rating of 73.9 and a slope of 139. The routing moves through rock outcroppings, desert washes and box canyons with views toward the Phoenix skyline. Five sets of tees and generous landing areas keep the course playable for a range of skill levels.

The Victory Course at Verrado Golf Club is a second John Fought and Tom Lehman design. It was built partly on the site of an old Caterpillar Tractor testing grounds.
