About this course
Turtleback Golf Course is a public course located less than a mile west of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, in the northwestern part of the state. The eighteen-hole layout is fully paved for cart use and includes a conference and event center alongside the course.
The course dates to 1985 and has operated continuously since as a golf and event venue serving the Rice Lake area and nearby lake communities such as Chetek and Cumberland.
Turtleback is open to the public with daily fee rates and season passes. Facilities include a full-service restaurant and bar, a golf shop, meeting rooms, and men's, women's, and senior leagues throughout the season.
