About this course
The Links of Naples is an 18-hole par-61 executive course on Tamiami Trail East, built in 2000. It measures about 4,000 yards from the back and just over 3,000 from the forward set, with nine par 3s and nine longer holes, so it asks for wedges and mid irons rather than driver after driver.
Elevated greens, continuous mounding and bunkering give the layout more character than the yardage suggests, and conditioning is consistently good. Multiple tees make it workable for beginners and for players who simply want a quick, inexpensive round.
Night golf is the reason it stands out. The course carries stadium lighting and has been the only lighted facility in southwest Florida, running seasonally from November through April on Wednesday and Friday nights, with rates of about 45 dollars for 18 holes and 35 for nine. The aqua driving range is lighted as well. Nights offered can change year to year, so call before planning around it.
There is a pro shop with cart and club rental, a bar and snack area, and instruction from PGA and LPGA professionals.
