The Legacy Golf Course at the 19 in Mason City, Iowa was originally founded in 1915 as Mason City Country Club. The 18-hole layout is located on 19th Street southwest of downtown Mason City and includes a full practice range.
In 2013 the course underwent renovations overseen by architect Kevin Norby with input from PGA Champion John Daly, which rebuilt several greens, reshaped bunkers, updated irrigation and added a new water-feature par three. The course plays to a par of 72 and has hosted more than 20 Iowa Golf Association tournaments.
Legacy operates as a semi-private facility, with non-member public play available on set days of the week and tee times bookable through the pro shop.
