Sitka Golf Course refers to Sea Mountain Golf Course, a nine-hole, par-36 public course carved into a rainforest hillside above Sitka. Opened in 2008 and playing to about 2,791 yards, it is managed by the volunteer Sitka Golf Association and offers views of Sitka Sound, Mount Edgecumbe, and Harbor Mountain. Its elevation changes and artificial-turf greens make it one of the more distinctive nine-hole courses in Southeast Alaska.
