About this course

Ruth Park Golf Course is a nine-hole municipal course in University City, Missouri, founded in 1931. It was designed by Robert Foulis, a Scottish golf architect who also designed the original Forest Park Golf Course and Normandie Golf Club in the St. Louis area. The course plays to a par of 35 across 3,023 yards, with wide fairways, small greens, and hilly, tree-lined terrain on several holes. It was originally known as University Golf Course and was planned at one point to expand to 18 holes, though that expansion never happened. University City residents receive a reduced rate to play.
