Riverside Municipal Golf Course

Riverside Golf Course runs along the Washita River in Clinton, Oklahoma, in the western part of the state near Interstate 40. The municipal course began decades ago as a smaller layout and was expanded to its current 18 holes in 1992, with the river coming into play on several holes. Architect Tripp Davis has overseen redevelopment work at Riverside, including a renovation phase completed in 2009. The course plays as a par-70 layout with native grasses, mature trees and modest elevation change along the riverbank. Owned and operated by the City of Clinton, Riverside is open to public play with a driving range and practice green on site, and it draws golfers from a wide radius of western Oklahoma because of its affordable rates.
