About this course

Plantation Preserve Golf Course & Club is a city-owned public facility in Plantation, Florida, built on land once occupied by the former Plantation Golf Club. The 18-hole course opened in February 2006 and sits on grounds that include a wetlands preserve area separating the front and back nines, part of a larger linear park with a multi-use trail.

The course was designed by the architecture firm von Hagge, Smelek & Baril and plays 7,148 yards from the championship tees to a par of 72. Each hole has five sets of tees, and the playing surface is Sea Dwarf Paspalum grass. Notable holes include an island green on the 9th and a split fairway on the 14th.

The facility is open to the public with a clubhouse, driving range, and practice areas, and has hosted Korn Ferry Tour qualifying events.
