Pinehurst No. 7 is an 18-hole, par-72 course at Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Rees Jones designed the course, which opened in 1986 and was renovated in 2002. The layout plays 7,216 yards from the back tees and is routed over wetland terrain about a mile from the resort's main clubhouse. It has roughly 75 bunkers and 25 acres of wetlands in play, and 13 of the 18 greens sit on elevated sites. No. 7 has its own range, putting green and short-game area. Play is open to resort guests and outside visitors through Pinehurst Resort tee times.

Longleaf Golf & Family Club sits just outside the Village of Pinehurst in Southern Pines, North Carolina, on land that was once Starland Farms, a thoroughbred horse training facility. The course was designed by Dan Maples and later renovated by architect Bill Bergin, with a front nine laid out in a Scottish open style over subtly rolling fairways and a back nine that is more heavily tree-lined and dramatically elevated. Remnants of the old horse track and fencing remain incorporated into the grounds as a nod to the property's history. Longleaf operates as a semi-private club that welcomes non-member play, and it is also the birthplace of the Longleaf Tee System, which scales play across seven sets of tees for golfers of different abilities. The course plays to par 72 over 18 holes.
