About this course
The Nicklaus Course at Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, Massachusetts opened in 2002 as one of two 18-hole courses at the 36-hole Pinehills property, created by Nicklaus Design. The par-72 layout runs through rolling, pine-lined terrain with small, well-protected greens set at angles to the fairways, along with false fronts, deep bunkers, and collection areas around the greens. From the back tees it measures 7,243 yards with a slope rating of 135. Walking is permitted but not recommended because of the distances between holes.

Crosswinds Golf Club (Zaharias/Jones)
Plymouth, MA · 1.6 mi away
Crosswinds Golf Club sits in Plymouth, Massachusetts, roughly forty miles southeast of Boston on rolling terrain typical of the South Shore. The facility offers three nine-hole loops named Jones, Ouimet and Zaharias that combine into 18-hole rounds, designed by Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry in the early 2000s. The Zaharias/Jones combination plays to par 72 with dramatic elevation changes, large undulating greens and stands of pine and hardwood framing the fairways. As a daily-fee public course, Crosswinds is open to any golfer and features a practice area with multi-level grass tees overlooking target greens. The property hosts outings and tournaments alongside regular public play, and its coastal New England setting brings firm summer turf and wind that can affect club selection on more exposed holes.
