About this course

Paris Landing State Park Golf Course sits on the western shore of Kentucky Lake in Buchanan, Tennessee, part of the Tennessee Golf Trail of state park courses. The entire course is tree-lined, and several holes run along the lake, including a downhill par-3 fourth hole with water as a backdrop.

The course opened in the early 1970s, in May 1972 according to the park's own account, and has changed only modestly since, aside from rebuilt greens and a 2016 conversion to Bermuda grass greens better suited to the region's climate.

As a Tennessee state park course, it is open to the public, with on-site lodging at the adjacent Lodge at Paris Landing. Amenities include a driving range, practice green, pull carts and club rental, along with available lessons.
