About this course
Gleannloch Pines, now operating as Gleannloch Golf Club, is a 27-hole facility in Spring, Texas, north of Houston, built on former ranch land once home to an Arabian horse breeding operation. The course opened in the late 1990s.
It was designed by Houston-based architect Jay Riviere, who worked on more than 20 courses in the Houston area over his career; the layout uses mature trees and rolling terrain reminiscent of parkland courses in Scotland and Ireland.
The club has changed hands and names more than once, operating for years as Gleannloch Pines under Tour 18 before new ownership took over in 2025 and dropped 'Pines' from the name. It remains open to the public and hosts corporate and charity events.
