About this course

Gatlinburg Golf Course is a municipal course located about five miles from downtown Gatlinburg, with its physical address in neighboring Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, in the Great Smoky Mountains. The 18-hole course was originally designed by William Langford and was renovated in 2007 by Bob Cupp & Associates, which reworked playability while keeping much of the original routing through the hilly terrain.

The course is open year-round and features significant elevation change, including a well-known par-3 twelfth hole with a dramatic tee shot. On-site amenities include a fully stocked golf shop, the Bear's Den Cafe, and a clubhouse pavilion completed in 2024. It operates as a public course with posted seasonal rates and cart-inclusive green fees.
