About this course
Bridgton Highlands Country Club is located on Highland Ridge in Bridgton, Maine, in the state's Lakes Region.
The original nine holes were designed by A.W. Tillinghast in 1925-26, his only design in Maine, with fieldwork carried out by Ralph Martin Barton. Geoffrey Cornish and Brian Silva replaced two holes in the 1980s, and the course was expanded to 18 holes in the 1990s using a design by then co-owner Fred Ryan.
The semi-private course is open to the public and offers four sets of tees along with views of Pleasant Mountain and Shawnee Peak. A tennis program with four courts operates alongside the golf facility.
