Beowulf Golf Club
North Dakota's best-kept secret
About this course
Beowulf Golf Club is located in the Bluffs neighborhood on the southeast side of Minot, North Dakota. The course occupies a natural setting of hillsides, valleys and streams, replacing the flood-damaged Minot Country Club, which the club was built to succeed after 2011 flooding.
The layout was designed by architect Jim Engh and features dramatic elevation change, punchbowl greens, elevated tees, blind shots and back-to-back par-5s and par-3s. Seven tee markers across four sets of tees range from roughly 4,485 to 6,870 yards.
Beowulf is open to limited public play alongside its membership program, and the clubhouse includes a pro shop, restaurant and bar along with practice facilities including a driving range and putting green.
